Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eche Soccer Academy website and participation in our programs, training sessions, and related services. By using our website or registering for any program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

To register a child for a program, you must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. Children must meet the age requirements specified in the program descriptions.

Registration and Payment

All program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are non-refundable except in the event of program cancellation by Eche Soccer Academy.
Space is limited; registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Group session fees are non-refundable if a participant misses a session.
1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
In the event of weather-related cancellations, makeup sessions may be offered at our discretion.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all coaching instructions for safety and development. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Parents/guardians are also expected to show respectful conduct when attending sessions or communicating with staff.

Waiver of Liability

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity. Eche Soccer Academy, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss occurring during sessions.

Media Release

By registering, you grant permission for Eche Soccer Academy to use photos or videos taken during training for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.). If you prefer to opt out, please contact us in writing.

Changes to Terms

Eche Soccer Academy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
